A Montepulciano DOC wine from Molise, deep ruby red in colour with dense purple highlights, displaying a distinctive and rich bouquet.
Ricupo is made exclusively with Montepulciano grapes that undergo a 20 days maceration at a controlled temperature of 25°.
Aged firstly in steel and then in the bottle for about 6 months to produce a well structured wine brimming with morello cherry aromas lifted by plumy and sweeter cherry notes.
Warm, dense, meaty and full in the mouth with soft tannis on the palate and lingering finish.
