What forms of payments to do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, international wire transfers and in three currencies: British pounds sterling, U.S. dollars and Euros. If paying by bank transfer, please remit the receipt. (Receipt is when your credit card is authorized, a bank transfer is received by our bank, or your cheque has cleared the bank).
Please note that we add a three percent surcharge to the total amount due for credit card payments.

What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies, except to the provider of your selected tour. We use the information we collect about you to process your bookings. With your permission, we will keep you up to date via email about services or special offers we think you will find valuable.

How long does it take to confirm a tour?
After you have submitted the registration information for a particular tour, we will check availability of the tour and respond within 48 hours with a booking option and payment details, providing the tour is able to confirm within a month before the start.
Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt by us of your deposit.

Do you accept international bookings?
We accept tour bookings from anywhere for any of our tours. Remember, however, that we do not make any travel arrangements; these are your responsibility.

Do you arrange transportation and travel?
The tours include transfer from airport or train stations the internal transfers during the tours, the accommodation; please check the individual tour description.

Can you arrange for private group or corporate bookings?
Absolutely! We welcome group bookings for a group of friends, club or corporate activities, or even private classes. We can tailor a group programme that better suits your desires, based on length of programme, activities, specific recipes, et cetera. Please contact us at travel@flavourofitaly.net.

Do you issue gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are a great way to surprise someone with an experience they will never forget. The certificate can be personalised with a special message and sent to the recipient as an attractive gift pack. You don’t have to worry about postage—we’ll deliver certificates free of charge and ensure that they arrive promptly. The gift can be for a specific programme featured on our site, bearing no monetary value so your recipient won’t know how much you spent. Can you help me to decide on a tour?

How far in advance can I make a booking?
Most tours are scheduled a calendar year in advance. If the dates are featured on our site, they are bookable. Popular tours and seasons get booked up quickly, thus we recommend making reservations as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I book a tour at the last minute?
Yes, if there is still space available. Full payment is required to ensure reservations.
