Our customers are covered by a Europ Assistance Travel Insurance policy included in the entrance fee. The main features of the policy are detailed below:

1) MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
* Medical advice
* First-aid medical practitioner’s transfer
* Direction for touch with a Medical practitioner
* Emergency Repatriation
* Transportation of body (up to € 5.000,00 for each Insured Person’s body)
* Returning home with a relative
* Returning home other insured persons
* Transfer of a relative / Accompanying minors
* Returning home convalescent insured persons
* Travel delay
* Delivery of urgent medicinal
* Interpreter at disposal abroad
* Payment for indispensable articles’ costs
* Trip interruption
* Advance for bail abroad
* Directions for touch with a lawyer abroad
* Sending of urgent messages

2) PERSONAL LUGGAGE INSURANCE
If your luggage is lost, stolen or damaged, Europ Assistance will pay for the cost of replacement. The maximum Europe Assistance will pay for all articles lost, damaged or stolen in any one accident is limited to € 500, 00 per insured person in Italy, Europe, Mediterranean countries, and world.

3) REPAYIMENT FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES If you have a sudden and unforeseen accident and/or illness during your trip, Europe Assistance will repay for the emergency medical, pharmaceutical, surgical, and hospital expenses up to
€ 3.000,00 abroad
€ 500,00 in Italy
It will be imposed a fixed exemption of € 35,00 per repayment for each insured person.
