Principe Pignatelli di Monteroduni

 

Condiments

Lemon condiment

This condiment is obtained by simultaneously squeezing Sorrento fresh lemons with newly picked olives of Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the “Gentile di Larino” variety. This procedure makes the oil absorb the characteristic perfume of the lemons. Suitable for all styles of Mediterranean cooking and best when added after cooking.

 

Hot Peppers condiment

This spicy condiment is obtained by soaking hot peppers in low acidity Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil from “Gentile di Larino” variety and contains no preservatives. This condiment is excellent added to warm food and with sauces, suitable for all styles of Mediterranean cooking.

   

Garlic condiment

This healthy condiment is obtained by soaking the precious garlic bulbs and laurel leaves in low acidity Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil from “Gentile di Larino” variety. It contains no preservatives. A very aromatic seasoning, refined and digestible, ideal for vegetables and cereal soups and best when added prior to serving.
