Principe Pignatelli di Monteroduni

 

The Oils
All the Oils are pressed in the company facilities in a cold continuous cycle. The harvest is effected in a very gentle way and delivered in Bins, stored in steel silos and pressed within 6-12 hours from the harvest.
   

Classico

The Classico Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend obtained from a careful selection of “Gentile di Larino”, “Leccino”, “White Paesana” and “Black Paesana” olive monovarieties of Isernia and Alto Molise areas. The Classico E.V.O. Oil is very appreciated, with a gold green colour. The oil has a fruity taste with a lightly spicy aftertaste, excellent with every kind of dish.

 

Molise D.O.P.

The Dop Molise Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a very high quality product, obtained mostly from the “Gentile di Larino” variety coming from the Basso Molise area. The Dop Molise E.V.O. Oil has a clear aspect and a gold green colour. The oil has a fruity taste, with a gentle hint of artichokes and a lightly spicy aftertaste. This is a very light oil, excellent with soups and salads.

   

The Monovarietal EVO Oil

Aurina Monovariety: The Principe Pignatelli E.V.O. Oil Aurina Monovariety has a dark green colour, with a light apple and almond taste. The spicy aftertaste makes it very suitable with barbecue meats and game.
White Paesana Monovariety: The Principe Pignatelli E.V.O. Oil White Paesana Monovariety has an intense taste of arugola and fresh grass. The spicy aftertaste makes it very suitable with meat and fish “Carpaccio”.
Black Paesana Monovariety: The Principe Pignatelli E.V.O. Oil Black Paesana Monovariety has a green colours with a full taste, lightly and slightly spicy. This oil has an intense taste, with apple aftertaste. The Black Paesana Monovariety is suitable with white meats and fish.
