Prices
The prices as stated on our web site are meant per person in double room, therefore other kinds of accommodation will be quoted on request. The prices of the tour include the items as stated on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Of course, the payment of a deposit for a tour confirms the price at the time of booking, even if the price will later increases or changes.
The prices are valid if the tour achieves the requested number of participants as indicated on our website. (If the requested number is not achieved, the tour won’t take place).

Information
Select the tour you are interested in and ask for information or availability, fill the info box and specify your personal data, number of participants (adults and children), accommodation type and special needs. As soon as an operator of Flavour of Italy Travel has checked, we will confirm the info and availability.

Booking
To book one of our tours, select the tour you are interested in and fill the booking form and specify your personal data, number of participants (adults and children), accommodation type and special needs. If your data are correct, please confirm them and you will be sent to our payment system PayPal to pay with your credit card.

Booking confirmation
The booking is confirmed upon receipt by Flavour of Italy Travel of the signed booking form and deposit. Receipt is when your credit card is authorized, a bank transfer is received by our bank. As soon as we receive the confirm of the payment, you will be assigned a CONFIRMATION CODE (see deposit).

Deposit
If a booking is made more than 30 days prior to the start of a tour, a deposit of 40% is payable at the time of booking.
If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to the start of a tour, the full amount of tour is payable at the time of booking.

Balance
The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the tour. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and retain the deposit paid.

Cancellation
• Cancellation by participants
Cancellations made by participants must be made in writing to Flavour of Italy Travel and becomes effective upon receipt by Flavour of Italy Travel.

Cancellation charges:

If a participant chooses not use any portion of a tour, there will be no refunds for the unused portion.

• Cancellation by Flavour of Italy Travel
Flavour of Italy Travel reserve the right to modify tour or cancel a tour prior to the start date, for whatever reason, including an insufficient number of participants. In the highly unlikely event that a tour is cancelled or our suppliers are unable to provide the tour booked, participants are due a refund of all payments received or a rescheduling of the tour at a later date.

Accommodation
The facilities choosen by Flavour of Italy Travel for the tour are in the most of case, farmhouse holidays, ancient houses, disposing of single, double, triple rooms. The prices as stated on our web site are meant per person in double room, therefore other kinds of accommodation will be quoted on request.

Violation of TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of Flavour of Italy Travel reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you.

Competent Court
Your use of www.flavourofitalytravel.com website and any terms and conditions of service by Flavour of Italy Travel shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Italian Republic. In case of controversy the competent local Court is Tribunale di Campobasso.
